Termination Of Employment
If you wish to resign you must give the required written notice to your line manager as stated in your contract of employment. If PBS4 decides to terminate your employment you will be notified in writing.
On joining PBS4 you will serve a 6-month probationary period. This is to evaluate if you are the right employee for us, and if we are the right employee for you. We would always discuss with you if you do not appear to be effective in your role and try to find resolutions before taking action. We request that our employees do the same for us and try to discuss anything they are finding challenging.
There are clear expectations made during the probationary period that must be completed in order for you to pass your probation. If you do not reach the standards required your employment may be terminated with one week’s notice. We do all we can to avoid this happening. PBS4 reserves the right to extend the probationary period where required.
