PBS4 places the highest value on training and development for its staff. We are committed to invest in the training of our staff and develop from within. Initial and longer-term training needs will be agreed with your line manager to enable you to perform your job as effectively as possible. This process will continue as part of your regular performance reviews. 

We use Grey Matter Learning as a training platform which consists of e-learning materials which must be completed and kept up to date in accordance with your development and training records
