Code Of Conduct

PBS4 have adopted Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Support Workers. You can find this here http://www.skillsforhealth.org.uk/standards/item/217-code-of-conduct

It is important that you are familiar with this code as you are expected to adhere to it at all times.

We expect you to provide support that you are proud of, that we take pride in you and your work, and that your work reflects pride for our organisation. It is the responsibility of all staff in their daily actions, decisions and behaviour to endeavour to promote these concepts, to comply with all relevant legislation. We have a code of conduct policy that should be read alongside the Code of Conduct. If you see others not following the Code of Conduct, not taking pride in their work, or perhaps doing something that may be offensive or abusive you have a duty to report this. You can report this to your line manager, or if you want to report things anonymously see our whistleblowing policy in section 17.
