Sickness Absence
The Sickness Absence policy is intended to set out how short-term and long-term sickness absence will be managed. It also sets out how to notify management of absence and also sick pay entitlements. PBS4 will also comply with the Equality Act 2010 to ensure no team member is disadvantaged by diversity, including disability or long term condition.
