Payslips are released out a day or two before the pay date on Employment Hero.

Click on Pay on the left hand side, My Play Slips under My Pay header and your payslip will be a document for you to view.

Payday is on the 28th of each month, if this falls on a weekend the day will be before this. If you are a new starter ensure you have filled out the payroll form otherwise you will not get paid.

Currently when someone books annual leave of 1 week or more, the pay during this leave is calculated based on your average earnings during the previous 52 week period. This average takes into consideration any additional hours worked or sleep ins that have been worked. Annual leave of less than one week is paid at your normal hourly rate.

On Employment Hero, click on Pay on left hand side, My Expenses under Expenses header and Create Expense Claim to start a new claim. Fill in the details as required. 

We recommend that  you do this each day you have a new expense to claim back rather than wait just before deadline day.

When you log in to Employment Hero, click on your initials (or photo) on the top right hand corner. Select My Profile, Personal Details tab and select edit to change the respective information.

Enter your email on the first login step.  On the next step click on Forgot Password? and follow through the steps to reset your password as prompted.

If you are unable to attend your shift with a person we support for any reason then you need to call your Manager, if your manager is unavailable for any reason you will need to contact your Deputy Manager or the buddy Manager. If this is out of hours then you will need to call the On-Call.

Yes, any training for PROACT-SCIPr-UK, first aid, local induction (with manager or deputy manager), recorded induction on google classroom and lastly live induction all needs to go onto your time sheet to be approved and signed off by your line manager just like your shifts.

If you are to experience an accident at work please report this on Employment Hero by going to ComplianceIncident on the website or selecting the plus in the right corner of the SWAG app and selecting “Safety Incident”.

You will need to complete all questions within this form. Your manager will be automatically notified of this once the form is completed and will follow up with you and the H&S Representatives will review all safety incidents quarterly.
