Performance And Behaviour At Work
Here at PSB4 you will have regular supervisions with your manager to assess your performance and identify any areas in which support can be implemented to further your development. Examples of support available to you include;

- Support from colleges
As a PBS4 team member you will also have access to our 24hr anonymous Employee Assistance programme. They have a 24hr phone line as well as face to face counselling if required. Professional behaviour is a topic that is covered as part of your general induction. However PBS4 expects you to be conscious of how you treat your co-workers, People we support and ensure that a positive workplace attitude is in place to improve productivity and effectiveness across the organisation
