I would like to warmly welcome you to your new role with PBS4. 

PBS4 is a non-profit social enterprise with the aim of doing things differently to make real change for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. There have been numerous reports detailing how systems and services fail people. Our ambition is to change this and start demonstrating how support should be provided. We started supporting people in April 2015 and we look forward to you joining us, making a difference! 

Being a non-profit social enterprise is really important to us. We are funded with tax payers money and all money we receive goes 100% towards the people we support and the service to them we provide. It is no secret that public funding is limited, so as a social enterprise we pride ourselves on being value for money and our support creating meaningful change. 

For you, I feel this is exciting as it means there are many opportunities where you can be the huge difference to the people you support and to our organisation. Meeting the needs of the people we support is our sole priority and we are keen to look for changes and developments that help us to do that. Your experience, ideas, attitude can be part of our success and making a difference. So please feel free to speak up, make suggestions, and put yourself forward.
